OSHAura LLC — Privacy Policy (SMS Notifications) OSHAura is a safety-compliance platform used by roofing contractors. This policy covers the SMS notifications we send. What we collect. A contractor's safety officer may record an employee's name and mobile number in OSHAura, with the employee's consent, so that work-related safety notifications can be sent to that employee. How we use it. Mobile numbers are used only to send safety notifications on behalf of the employee's own employer — for example, that a submitted safety form was returned for correction or approved with a remark. We do not send marketing messages. Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving notifications. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Retention and security. Numbers are stored in encrypted infrastructure and retained while the employee is enrolled by their employer.
