Terms of Service

Who we are

OSHAura LLC (“OSHAura,” “we”) is a Washington company with an office at 10700 SE 260th St, A102, Kent, WA 98030. By buying from or using the Safety-Video Store at www.oshaura.com, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Short safety videos for crew meetings, a meeting form your foreman fills out, and PDF minutes with attendance, signatures, photo, GPS location and time. Meetings are bought as credits (one per meeting) or through a subscription.

What OSHAura is — and is not

OSHAura provides training tools and record-making tools. OSHAura does not certify compliance, is not a legal-compliance service, and does not give legal advice. Using OSHAura does not, by itself, mean your company complies with OSHA, Washington Labor & Industries (L&I), or any other rule.

Your responsibility as the employer

You are the employer of record. You decide when and where each meeting happens, and you alone are responsible for determining what training, documentation, supervision and safety measures each project requires, and for complying with WAC 296-155-110 and other federal, state and local rules. OSHAura does not warrant that use of the service alone will satisfy any OSHA, L&I or other requirement. OSHAura does not replace your accident prevention program, your competent person, or supervision on the jobsite.

No guarantee of acceptance

OSHAura does not guarantee that any government agency, inspector, auditor, investigator, insurer, customer or general contractor will accept any record, form, meeting, presentation or PDF made with the service. OSHAura minutes are not an official L&I form.

Safety information is educational

Videos and materials are for education and training and may not address every hazard on a jobsite. OSHAura makes no warranty that using the service will prevent injuries, accidents, illnesses, violations or losses.

Your records: download and keep them

Unless you have an active Archive plan, OSHAura is not a document-storage service. You must download, store, back up and keep your PDF minutes before the deletion date. OSHAura is not liable for records lost after the stated retention period.

Accuracy of what is entered

OSHAura relies entirely on information entered by you and your people and does not verify attendance, signatures, locations, photos, project details or any other meeting information. You alone are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of every record. Do not enter false information: minutes are a safety record.

Electronic signatures and text messages

By submitting signatures through the service, you represent that every participant consents to signing electronically and to that record being kept. By adding a foreman's or worker's mobile number, you represent that the person agreed to receive OSHAura text messages about meetings, and you will tell us if that permission is withdrawn. Anyone can reply STOP to stop them.

Your link is your key

There is no password. Your inbox opens with the link we email and text you. Keep it safe and do not share it. If you lose it or think someone else has it, write to us and we will send a new one (the old one stops working).

Prices, credits and taxes

Prices are shown in the store in US dollars. Meeting credits do not expire. Washington sales tax is added to the price and figured from the jobsite address where the crew receives the training (Washington Department of Revenue rule). A jobsite outside Washington pays no Washington tax. The free meeting is limited to one per email address and one per mobile number.

Subscriptions

The Crew (monthly) and Archive (yearly) plans renew automatically on the same card until you cancel. See “Refunds and cancellation” below.

Digital delivery

Opening a meeting link, viewing a video, generating a PDF or downloading records constitutes delivery of a digital service.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Videos and materials are for training your own crew. Do not copy, resell or publish them. OSHAura keeps all intellectual-property rights in the videos, meeting content, forms, software and training materials; no ownership rights are transferred to you. The minutes you generate with your data are your records.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OSHAura does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or permanent storage of records.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, OSHAURA DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OSHAura is not liable for indirect damages or for fines or citations issued to your company, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify OSHAura LLC against claims, fines, damages and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your jobsite or operations, your workers, information entered by you or your people, any missing consent described above, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Changes do not affect purchases already paid.

Privacy

What we collect

From the buyer: name, company, email, mobile number, language and jobsite addresses. From each meeting: project, foreman and his mobile number, attendees, signatures, photo, GPS location and time, and the PDF minutes. From payments: the amount, the tax and Stripe identifiers. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to run the service: send links and notices, build the minutes, take payment, figure the tax and comply with the law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

Stripe (payments and tax), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), Supabase (database and files), Vercel (website) and Cloudflare (video). Each receives only what its part requires.

Text messages

We text you only if you agreed. Carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Your consent is not shared with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

PDF minutes, signatures and photos: 7 days to download, then deleted, unless your Archive is active. With Archive: while it is active and for 30 more days after it ends, so you can download everything; then deleted. We keep each meeting's record (without files) as proof it happened, and payment records for as long as Washington tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it (except what the law requires us to keep), by writing to store@oshaura.com.

Refunds and cancellation

Meetings

Full refund if the meeting link is never opened. If the scheduled day passes and no one opens the link, the credit returns to your inbox automatically; if you prefer the money, write to us and we refund that meeting to the same card. A meeting that was opened is not refunded, because opening the link is delivery of the digital service.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime by writing to store@oshaura.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid is not refunded and you keep using it until it ends.

How to ask

Write to store@oshaura.com from the email you bought with. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds reach the original card in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
